REMEDIES FOR DIABETES-2

This is a disease of glucose metabolism in the body. Our body tends to derive energy from glucose. In the case of diabetes, excess glucose is present in blood and body tissues, but the same can not be utilized. The cause of this is the deficiency of a hormone called insulin. This hormone is produced by the pancreas gland and helps the body to utilize glucose. With a deficiency of insulin, the glucose level in the body increases and produces complications.                                                                                                         

The following are the combinations for diabetes astrologically:-         

1. Jupiter debilitation, or located in houses  6, 8, and 12.                              
2. Saturn and Rahu afflicting Jupiter by association or aspects          
3. Combust Jupiter in Rahu & Ketu axis.   
4. Venus in the 6th house is aspected by Jupiter from the 12th house.
5. Lord of the 5th. house in conjunction with the 6th, 8th, or 12th lords.
6. Jupiter retrograde, afflicted, in a Trika house.                                            Note:- The liver which metabolizes glucose, and the pancreas which produces insulin are located in the upper part of the abdomen. This area falls under the jurisdiction of the fifth house and Jupiter is the significator for the liver and as well as for the part of the pancreas. Venus is the significator for the remainder of the pancreas and rules over the hormonal system of the body. 1. Offer water to the banana tree every Thursday before 12 PM.

2. Abstain from drinking alcohol.

3. Starting from a Thursday, donate for 8 days, 8 Besan Laddus, 800 g of Chana       Daal, or 8 pieces of turmeric along with saffron in a yellow cloth in a temple.

4. On 8 Thursdays, cotton thread dipped in turmeric paste be tied around a                  peepal tree in 8 rounds.
